Cancellation Policy

  1. In Micro/Mini/Prime/Sedan/Suv/Luxury/Rental

NO REFUND WILL BE INITIATED IF YOU CANCEL THE BOOKING AFTER THE LEAST CANCELLATION TIME (4 HOURS)

  • If you cancel your booking 4 hours before pick-up time , full refund will be initiated.
  • If cab not reports as per schedule time and user cancel the booking, in that case cancellation amount will be not be charged.
  • Cancellation fee will be return in your account.
  • There will not any charges on last movement booking, which means you have booked the cab on urgent basis ( not well scheduled) and we have confirmed to you , later you feel that you do not require cab , in that case you will not be charged.
